Choose your ticket

You can attend virtually or in-person. Depending on your role, passes are paid-for or free. Please visit our ticket page for more information on all ticket types including group discounts.

Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previously purchased passes.

Group packages
If you’re part of a group of three or more people who will be attending DPW Amsterdam, you are eligible for a 5-20% group discount. Discounts will be based on the most up-to-date pricing.

3-5 tickets: 5% discount
6-9 tickets: 15% discount
10+ tickets: 20% discount

Startup pass
A reduced price to help young companies. For non-exhibiting emerging (<$10M in ARR), tech-driven companies. Excludes agencies, consultants and coaches. 

Registering a group is easy! To begin checking out, select the number of passes that you need. You can choose a mix of different pass types in a single transaction. Enter your contact details in the “Your Information” section, and you’ll receive a summary of every pass you registered. Each person you assign a pass to will receive an individual confirmation email.

Later, you can access your registrations and view all passes for which you are the buyer. Are you registering a group of 3 or more? You’re eligible for a group discount. Visit our Discounts page to learn more.

It is not possible to get a ticket for just 1 day. Tickets can only be used by the ticket holder on both days of the event. However, you can transfer your ticket before the event to someone else. Tickets are transferable to another person for up to 24 hours before the event starts.

You can register for DPW Amsterdam even if you don’t know yet who from your team will be attending.

If you want to buy passes before pricing increases, you can register and change the attendees later.

Select however many tickets you want to purchase and enter your information under “Your Information” at the top of the order screen. A summary of the order will be sent to you at the email address you enter, and that’s all you’ll need to transfer tickets to the right people later.

When you register

For each ticket, you can enter whatever info you want if you’re not sure who’ll be using it. Enter your name, your cat’s, your favorite superheroes—whatever. Each ticket will need to have a unique email associated with it.

Pro tip: any text after a plus sign (+) in the first part of an email address will be ignored by your email server, so you can use that to create on-the-fly unique emails that’ll all be delivered to your inbox. e.g. if your email is example@acmecorp.com, then you can use example+DPWAMS1@acmecorp.com as one of the email addresses and the confirmation will show up in your normal inbox.

Once you know who’s attending

When you’re ready to transfer your passes to the actual attendees, you can make the change by yourself in just a couple of minutes. You can find instructions for transferring passes here.

If you or someone who you purchased a pass for can no longer attend DPW Amsterdam, you can easily transfer the registration without even needing to get in touch with us. If you need to change the email on your registration, even if it’s still you who’ll be using the registration, you should also go through this transfer process.

Click here and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email with a link to manage all registrations you’ve purchased or under your name. Just click “Transfer Registration” for the registration you want to transfer and enter the new attendee’s information. Both the original and the new attendee will receive a confirmation email.

Your pass can be transferred up until you use it to activate your DPW Amsterdam account. Accounts cannot be shared.

If you need more helpIf you cannot transfer a pass on your own for any reason, contact us at hello@dpw.ai. For verification purposes, we’ll need the registration or order number of the pass you want to transfer, as well as the name and email address of the new attendee.

Things happen, we understand. Our cancellation policy gives you the flexibility to do what you have to do if your plans change.

You can get a full refund on your pass until July 2, 2023. After July 2, 2023, we will only provide a refund if you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase before October 10, 2023.

Please note: if the in-person event gets cancelled for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund of your in-person passes.

You also have the option of transferring your pass, which you can do yourself for free at any point until twenty-four hours prior to the event.

How to cancel
If you need to cancel your pass, get in touch with us by replying to your registration confirmation email or emailing us at hello@dpw.ai

We offer two payment methods: invoice and credit card. We do not accept payments via check.

If you are experiencing trouble submitting the payment, please get in touch, and we will look into it. Oftentimes, the issue can be resolved by calling your card issuer, so you can always try that first.

Your receipt is in your confirmation email.

Your registration confirmation includes your receipt (subject line: Registration Confirmation to DPW Amsterdam 2023). Check your spam folder if you can’t find your confirmation email. If you still can’t find it and need another copy, contact us at hello@dpw.ai.

If you registered multiple people and entered your information at the beginning of the checkout process, your confirmation email will include all attendees who were part of your order. All attendees will also receive their individual confirmation.

We do collect VAT on DPW Amsterdam registrations.
