We offer group booking discounts on Tier 1, 2, 3 passes. 

Group discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previously purchased passes.

Group packages
If you’re part of a group of three or more people who will be attending DPW Amsterdam, you are eligible for a 15-25% group discount. Discounts will be based on the most up-to-date pricing.

Group of 3+: 15% discount
Group of 5+: 25% discount

No, it is not possible to get a ticket for just 1 day. Tickets can only be used by the ticket holder on both days of the event. However, you can transfer your ticket before the event to someone else. Tickets are transferable to another person for up to 24 hours before the event starts.

You can register for DPW Amsterdam even if you don’t know yet who from your team will be attending.

If you want to buy passes before pricing increases, you can register and change the attendees later.

Select however many tickets you want to purchase and enter your information under “Your Information” at the top of the order screen. A summary of the order will be sent to you at the email address you enter, and that’s all you’ll need to transfer tickets to the right people later.

When you register

For each ticket, you can enter whatever info you want if you’re not sure who’ll be using it. Enter your name, your cat’s, your favorite superheroes—whatever. Each ticket will need to have a unique email associated with it.

Pro tip: any text after a plus sign (+) in the first part of an email address will be ignored by your email server, so you can use that to create on-the-fly unique emails that’ll all be delivered to your inbox. e.g. if your email is example@acmecorp.com, then you can use example+DPWAMS1@acmecorp.com as one of the email addresses and the confirmation will show up in your normal inbox.

Once you know who’s attending

When you’re ready to transfer your passes to the actual attendees, you can make the change by yourself in just a couple of minutes. You can find instructions for transferring passes under the “Transferring a pass” question.

The DPW Amsterdam hotel booking portal will open in February. For exclusive DPW Amsterdam rates, we recommend waiting to book accommodations until February. All attendees who register prior to hotel block opening will receive an email (to the email address associated with their registration) with the booking link and portal access instructions.  

In partnership with our conference venue, Beurs van Berlage, we have secured the lowest hotel rates for you. We encourage you to book early through our booking portal for the best selection and rates as rooms are first-come first-serve and are expected to sell out.

You must be registered with an in-person ticket in order to book accommodation through the booking portal.

If you or someone who you purchased a pass for can no longer attend DPW Amsterdam, you can easily transfer the registration without even needing to get in touch with us. If you need to change the email on your registration, even if it’s still you who’ll be using the registration, you should also go through this transfer process.

Click here and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email with a link to manage all registrations you’ve purchased or under your name. Just click “Transfer Registration” for the registration you want to transfer and enter the new attendee’s information. Both the original and the new attendee will receive a confirmation email.

Your pass can be transferred up until you use it to activate your DPW Amsterdam account. Accounts cannot be shared.

If you need more helpIf you cannot transfer a pass on your own for any reason, contact us at hello@dpw.ai. For verification purposes, we’ll need the registration or order number of the pass you want to transfer, as well as the name and email address of the new attendee.

Things happen, we understand. Our cancellation policy gives you the flexibility to do what you have to do if your plans change.

You can get a full refund on your pass until July 17, 2024 at 11:59 pm CEST. After July 17, 2024, we will only provide a refund if you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase before September 18, 2024. No refunds will be issued after September 18, 2024.

Please note: if the in-person event gets cancelled for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund of your in-person passes.

You also have the option of transferring your pass, which you can do yourself for free at any point until twenty-four hours prior to the event.

Your receipt is in your confirmation email.

Your registration confirmation includes your receipt (subject line: Registration Confirmation to DPW Amsterdam 2024). Check your spam folder if you can’t find your confirmation email. If you still can’t find it and need another copy, contact us at hello@dpw.ai.

If you registered multiple people and entered your information at the beginning of the checkout process, your confirmation email will include all attendees who were part of your order. All attendees will also receive their individual confirmation.

We do collect VAT on DPW Amsterdam registrations.
